I first startd having feelings for her back in juniors but it was more of justr wanting to be with her all the time as i was abit too young to undretsand about being in love. We've always been very close, see each other most dyas even when we arent at school, been on holiday together etc.I havernt just suddenly decided how i feel about her i felt like it for years and ddecided to leave it for a while incase it was just a crush. I'm sure she likes me to, theres been plenty of times in the past shes said she loves me but i just thought she ment it as a friend unytil recently once when i kiss her goodbye or something it tends to turn into abit more than a friendly kissand aslo about a month ago she asked me to stop over at hers(I do regulary) becuase she was upset over something that had happened and i went and sat on her bed to give her a cuddle and talk to her adn i fell asleep on there but whne i woke up she was clinging to me like we were bf and gf. After that it all went back to mormal except we've been closer than ever before and when i have kissed her its always been a "proper" kiss. I know for sure im in love with her and im preety sure i know how she feels about me. Shes always been quite a shy and for some reason is afraid of getting hurt in anyway yet shes never has bfs in the past and ive never had a gf. I'm going over tomorrow night and i really want to tell her how i feel or at least make it noticable to her. Can you please give me some tips on what to do and how to do it.

I think that you should tell her how you feel and that you have been worried about telling her incase she doesnt feel the same. Tell her how long you have felt this way but you dont want to lose her as a friend if she doesnt feel the same. I have a feeling she does feel the same and from what you have said you have the makings of a beautiful couple. I wish you all the very best and please let me know how you get on

I agree with cd206
Tell her openly and honestly you have strong feelings for her.
I loved a girl in my life a long time ago, and never told her.
Meeting her recently i mentioned how I used to care and she said she used to feel the same, and we could have had a wonderful relationship.
Don't wait around for something to happen, Carpe Deim
I wish you all the luck in the world.

Yes be straightforward. Just tell her you've realised you like her as more thn a friend and see what she says.
