writes:I am on the pill (estrogen and progestin). I accidentally dropped one and since i had an unfinished pack (a different brand, same composition), i just took one from there. This was the 2nd to the last pill of the packet. I expected my period today but it didn't come.Could i be pregnant?

Being nervous and stressed can cause a delay in your period. Try not to worry so much. If you don't get it in one week, call your doctor.

 I doubt it. Do yourself a favor and wait a couple of days before you freak out. The pill doesn't keep you on THAT tight of a schedual. A little wiggle room is needed and it can fluxuate a couple of days here and there. I'd say to give it a week and then see your doctor if it hasn't come.
