You both seem to be a bit shy about this. All I can say is spend some time together, just the two of you, flirt a bit and just see what happens, bring up the fact that you both like eachother, or, if it feels right, go in for a kiss.
Good Luck

Well you have both said you like each other - so what's the problem?! Just text him or call him and arrange to go out, make sure you flirt with him while you are out together and then take it from there. With any luck he will pick up on the signs that you really do like him, he will flirt back and it will be more like a date than just hanging out as friends.
He is attracted to you, you like him - therefore someone just needs to make the first move! Ask him out and it will all be fine.
I hope this helps and good luck!
