I know my responce is late but it's clearly rape in my opinion. You told him you didn't want it and you attempted to push him off. Is he still your boyfreind?

if this is so then you should consider leaving him for good and following the other agony aunts advise :)

A

If he went against your wishes that you didn't want to have sex, then why are you still with him? He's being disrespectful to you and why should you put up with that?
Talk to him about this all and see what he has to say.
You need to be very careful if you are going to classify this as rape as it is an assault. So, your boyfriend must have caused an apprehension of harmful/offensive contact.

this depends on how certain you were about having sex with him. if you let him do his business then this could have reassured him that you did, after all you are in a relationship with him, no? if you kept pulling him off or trying to push away but he held you down then this may be considered as rape, which could end in so many ways depending on his age and yours..
right now, if you hadnt used protection, i suggest you visit sexual health clinic to check if you have any nasty infections, or even an unexpected pregnancy...
tell me how it goes ;)

it happened to me 9months ago he said no so i'm sure that this is the way.
did he use anything? how long are you with him?
you will have to get checked.. and tell the police.
he took something from you and if you ignore it now it will come and bite you in the ass. please go and tell someone. its gonna be hard but it will ruin your life if you keep quiet. you can stop him from doing it to other girls. please go now and tell someone.
