Hi, This is how it sounds to me from what you've said.
This girl is not a friend in the real sense of the word cos instead of supporting you in your crush, she's competing with you instead. She's competing with you cos she's insecure and frightened of you getting something she doesn't have.
I feel sorry for her in a way cos she sounds in a mess.
I know you're angry. Who wouldn't be?
Never complain and never explain. Don't shout at her cos you don't want to give her the satisfaction of knowing how much she's hurt you.
Let her do the running after you. This guy won't want to know her and she'll soon come back trying to be your friend.
Become busy with new friends soon x

Unfortunately - you are young and still very trusting!! - This girl showed you no respect! - If she had wanted to make a move on the guy(which she obviously did)- she should have done so when you weren't around and broke it to you gently later on!! - Girls like that don't deserve friends like you!!

Your only 13-15 you don't know what life is let alone love and if hes not acknowledging you then oh well theres plenty of other fish in the sea, you just pick yourself up and move on, as for your friend talk to her, for all you know she might be really into him as well and that can't be helped. But if she doesn't and shes acting like that when she knows how you feel, then shes not a very good friend.
