Ok whatever, I'll agree that you shouldn't be having sex yet. You're teenagers and going to have sex anyway, so I don't see the point in lecturing. But to answer your question, just ask her how she feels about it. DON'T just tell her, "I want to have sex" or "We've been together a while, so we should definitely have sex." Ask her how she feels and thinks about it. If she's still not comfortable with it, then don't pressure her. If she's interested then talk about it. And make sure that you wear a condom, without a doubt. Believe it or not, it's true, females can get pregnant anytime.
