writes:I used to like this on guy but we ended up as just really close friends. I thought I was over him, but I don't think I am, he is always there for me and doesn't mind helping me or me getting upset around him and we always give each other advice. I helped him prepare for a music concert and I think I am falling for him again, but I really don't think he feels the same and I don't know how to find out if he does. There is also one more catch, one of my best friends hates him. And I mean hate. I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

 First of all the best way to find out how he feels about you is to ask him or simply admit to him your true feelings and see what he says. If he doesn't like you back try your best to continue your close friendship, this can be a hard thing to do so just before you tell him make it clear whichever way things go after the conversation you and him will still be able to keep that friendship. I have a similar story, My fiancée cannot stand one of my best friends so what I have to do is make sure that I spend time with both of them. Sometimes my best friend has felt that I am abandoning her for my fiancée so when she feels like this I always make sure I spend a little more time with her, maybe text her more or call her more often. The issue would be trying to get your friend to accept that he will be your boyfriend, in time she will get used to the fact so maybe before you tell him your feelings you should warn her so she can begin to get used to the idea. Remind her she will always be your best friend and he wont take her place in your life.I really hope this helps and Good Luck! xx

 The best thing to find out is ask him and if hes says that he doesn't then you have a great mate to be there for you i was in the same situation with my ex me and him are like best friends now it took me 3 months to get over him then i started liking him again and he said he wanted to be mates which is great :) i hope you find out and dont worry you mate may take awhile to get use to the idea of you both :) hope this helped x
