Guys get freaked out by that when they're too young to be doing it anyway. All kinds of things go with sex that can seem 'gross', 'icky', whatever. If you're mature enough to be doing it, you recognize and accept that that stuff happens. Bleeding, wetness; noises; whatever. Getting freaked out by what's normal, natural and expected as part of sex makes for a bad experience and screams that you weren't ready to do it in the first place.
A great first experience is when you know and love each other and are prepared to take whatever happens in stride. That might be bleeding or the other things that might happen at the moment; but more importantly any of the longer term consequences like pregnancy. If he's ready for all of that, then you're in great shape.

 I don't think that it does because when girls have sex they will more than likely to bleed as i did when i first had sex my boyfriend wasn't freaked out he was like are you okay :)and so i don't think they do because you only bleed when on a period and only once when having sex 4 the first time :) hope this helped x

reader, anonymous, writes (12 March 2011): One time when I was 16 I was fingering a girlfriend when I noticed blood on my hand. I told her, and she said "it's not that" {i.e. her period} and rushed off to the bathroom. I wasn't freaked out -- never stopped me from doing it again.
I don't remember a girl ever bleeding from intercourse, but since I've done it while she was on her period it's safe to say it wouldn't bother me.
