 Your going to have to be able to take alot of criticism because of your age diffrence but you say your bi maybe your used to it, secondly theres some legal issues involved though you may aprove others ie your parents may not being 13 your subject to there will. I honestly dont see anything wrong with going for it but he is an adult and may want to do adult things your not ready for so your going have to grow up a bit if your planning to have an adult relationship any way take things slow and see how he feels and theres nothing wrong with just being friends any way be safe and good luck

 it may be able to work but you are only 13 and he's 19 there is a huge age gap and alot of people will have a problem with this.
and you could very well get hurt he's a 19 year old lad and may look for a girl/guy his own age maybe a little younger but a year or two but not by 6 years that's a big age gap.
why not talk to him about it see how he feels towards you?
he may not be bothered by the age difference and you could very well be in for a chance.
but talk to him make sure you know what you're going to get yourself into before anything happens.
