I think last month I went over by 100 (not even) this time I went over by like 1,600. :( Is there a way to fix this issue?! I don't even wanna know how much it's gonna cost..I have some money so hopefully I can pay for all of it. What should I do though, to make them not yell at me ??? :(

Stop texting??? Perhaps use other methods of communication that dont involve your phone, like Skype, MSN messenger, Facebook, emails....you name it, there are a million different ways of talking to people that dont involve texting!
At the moment your parents think you are immature and irresponsible, and are not listening to their warnings. I would not be surprised if you get your phone taken away - I know if my child had done what you have done they would not have a phone for at least a week! You need to realise that you are spending their money, not your own and you cannot be so selfish. No person on earth needs to send over 1000 texts, you are obviously just chatting to every person you can think of without thinking of the consequences. If you want to text to your hearts content then you get a phone that you pay for, like a pre-pay phone so you control how much you spend. If you cant afford that and need your parents to pay for your phone then you are just going to have to learn to listen and abide by their rules.
Prove to your parents that you are not being completely selfish and you are at least slightly responsible for your own actions, and you can do this by paying the full amount that you have spent, and then actually learning from your mistakes by not doing this again. If you keep on repeating your behaviour like you have been and ignoring your parents then they are only going to get more upset with you!
I have just looked it up and it is around 10 or 15 cents per text message (according to one website, I might be wrong seen as I do live in the UK not the US!) but based on that you will need around $160-$240 to pay for all the extra texts you have sent - I hope you have enough saved up! If not then offer to do extra chores to re-pay your parents, or get a job and pay your parents back in installments.
I hope this helps and good luck!

Hun, to be honest, if I was your parent, I would confiscate the phone permanently!!!
You need to learn some responsiblity and restraint. Ask you parents to get you a pre-paid phone and when you run out of money... well then you cant text!!

Ask them to ring the service provider and put a limit on your phone. so when you reach a certain amount you cant use it any more. That way you cant spend a fortune.
And like others have said use the internet to talk to people if you have access to it.

I think you will be grounded for sure. If it is not important don't text . If you need to talk , use the computer, Facebook, IM , Skype .It does not cost anything.

If you can't get unlimited texting which isn't that expensive to get then prepaid may work. The problem with pre paid is they'll charge you like 15 cents a text so you may end up spending more money. I'd go with the unlimited text and see if they have a student deal that way you can text all you want.
One of my dads friends daughters had the same problem and it only ended up costing 5 bucks more a month instead of hundreds for going over the texting limit.

First, get a hobby. Second, talk on the phone and text less especially if it's an entire conversation. Third, I agree with the prepaid phone, when you go over your texts, you're done and if you want more you'll have to pay for more. Otherwise, don't be surprised if your parents just end up taking your phone away.

Sorry sweetie but if I was your Parents I would swap your phone for a prepaid one that you have to pay for. Why don't you offer that as a solution?
