 Though I doubt many will admit it, most people have probably had a sex dream about a relative or two. I had one once about a VERY close blood-relative, I couldn't look him in the eyes for weeks. Seriously, it's totally normal. Don't worry.

 you shouldn't fret. Your dreams are probably just exploring sexual things, you're not allowed do things with your siblings and your subconscious is probably just wondering what it would be like. This is no way means that you have a desire to be with them or anything like that, but it's something that will probably just pass and in years to come you might not even remember them.

 having sex in a dream with someone "risky" who you don't feel attracted to in waking life is a sign that you want to get more excitement or diversity in your life. if you orgasm in your dream it also means it will benefit you to shake things in your life up a bit.
it doesn't mean you want your siblings, you just want some excitement... hope i have helped!!
