I realize there are worse things but I resemble a cow.If I were to lose weight, would it affect the size of my breasts? What are the odds that they would get smaller? Would it affect the size significantly?I'm about a 36C right now, which isn't huge, but they're shaped like udders, and really gross. Thanks!

I am not extremely overweight, but I am short so 5lbs makes a difference. Right now I would like to lose 10lbs and am considering nutrisystem...how expensive is it??? Any way, back to the question...yes you will lose weight in your breasts and it could even change the shape of them.
Good Luck and thank you for getting me to think about the 5-10 lbs I would like to lose!

If you can afford it, Nutrisystems works well. You never feel like you're starving even though you're surviving on 1000 - 1200 cal. a day. But the food is not terrific. You have to use spices to jazz it up and BE COMMITTED to eating only that food at every meal. You will get results. Don't try pills or other fads, they can be dangerous to your health. If you can't afford an expensive program, just cut all your portions in 1/2 and cut out sweets if possible. It may take longer, but you'll shrink your stomach and it'll teach you how to eat smaller portions and when the weight is gone, you'll be able to keep it there. Good luck.

If you lose weight, your breasts will get smaller, but it depends on how much weight you're planning on losing.
And I think I say this for everyone answering when I say it, I'm sure you don't look like and cow and I'm positive your boobs do not look like udders.
You should be proud of who you are :)

I'm sure that your breasts are bodaciously beautiful, my sweet. I am sure of it. 36C is a totally normal size and an udder is actually a GREAT boob shape to have.
But, to your question. Yes, if you exercise, you will lose weight in your breasts. When I am really into working out and eating right, my butt & boobs are the first thing to shrink, my stomach the last. For everyone I'm guessing it's different, but I guarantee you that if you begin working out regularly, your breasts will get smaller. There's no way of telling how exactly they'll look - I have no clue what your breasts look like now or how your body will adjust to the weight you've lost.
Regardless, you are going to feel better about yourself and your bod if you commit to getting into that gym and doing something about it. That, and get a killer bra!!

Google Oprah's favorite bra if I've spelled it wrong.

Yes, they get smaller when you lose weight. But if you do it right, it's all proportional. And if you combine some upper body stuff, the underpinnings are nice and firm.
Look for Le Mystere bras. *Blush* they're called Tisha. Ahem. They are fabulous!
