You know, i just did that. It felt like the hardest thing i ever had to do. I felt like falling apart and i still do! I had to leave my bf of over two years few days ago. All i do is think of him and every thought of him makes me cry. My days seem long, boring and nothing makes sense. I break down at night, at my job and on off and on all day long...But even when i am crying, i just think of one thing: Better now than later. Better for me to find somone who will love me equally than be miserable because he couldn't/didn't. Deep inside i believe that it is the best thing i can do for myself, even though at the moment it doesnt seem like it. I pray at night and just let my tears down. One day it will get better, one day i will be happy and no longer cry.So, try to be sad and cry on your own or at night, because you can't stop that. If you try to hold it -sooner or later you'll break down and it will be worse. However, try to put a smile on your face when people ask how your doing, how is your day.... Try to be strong because sometimes, we have to make it through hardest/dirtiest and most painful road to get where we want to be!Good luck

People do this when they take courage and understand this is the thing to do at the moment. It may not feel right, but, it IS right. I assume you are the broken down person here. Whatever happened to you, dear, you're young and time will help you heal. Just have a positive outlook and make a conscious decision to be strong and happy no matter what. Don't ever give up, and you'll find you have the inner courage to stand whatever comes your way.
My heart is with you.
