writes:hello, i am in serious dept, i haven't got a job and have £103 every 2 weeks. with my balance being so high I cant make the next step with my girl friend. i watched a program on MTV about porn stars lives, there was a guy on there whom who was straight but did gay porn, i feel that this is the only way to get rid of my money situation because it pays loads more than doing straight porn. i dont want to feel that im cheating, i dont know what i should do, can anyone give me advice please?

If your girlfriend gets to know that you've been doing gay porn for money, do you think she would want to touch that money with a barge pole?? How would you feel if you got to hear she was doing the same thing behind your back?
Dont do it. There are other ways to make money. Stop watching MTV, for starters, look for a job and dont make this mistake of getting into pornography.

It is understandable when you have financial troubles to consider a career or brief stint in the adult industry – I regularly encounter people who chose this path for one reason or another. ‘Gay for Pay’ is a very common term in the porn industry and does indeed pay more for men than hetro porn. Whether you feel that doing any kind of porn is cheating on your girlfriend or not, I think that first you need to consider yourself and your future. Once those movies and pictures are released on the internet – that is it, they are there forever. People download them, websites delete them, people load them up to torrent sites, websites re-release them years later, etc. Even when models stop doing porn the website / film company still own the rights to that footage and can release it years later, long after you’ve retired. You need to think about what you want to do with your future and if doing porn now could damage anything in the future. If you do decide to do this you should talk to your girlfriend. Even though your girlfriend or anyone you know may not look at gay porn, sometimes things miraculously have a way of catching you out. How do you think your girlfriend would feel if she saw some footage of you and another guy? There are plenty of websites and a few agencies here in the UK and it is mandatory that you have your certs (full testing for STDs) done in order to perform. Think things through and if you do decide to go ahead – be safe! Never work with anyone that doesn’t have their certs.

 There are definitely other ways to make $ than gay porn. Such as finishing your education, getting a college degree, perhaps getting a job on top of that. Also watching where your money goes and cutting costs where ever need be.
The next step as in moving in with her? If you don't have the funds to do so, then it isn't ideal to move in with her and is something that can wait.

 Whether or not it's being filmed, you're having sex with another person. How would you feel if you knew your girlfriend was having sex with tons of other men and women? Further, most porn doesn't use condoms. How would you feel knowing you could be giving something to her? I think you're asking here because you know the answer from him will be a big no. But I suppose you could always ask. If you do this without asking first, I can almost guarantee you will be out one girlfriend.

 Firstly you need to think about it seriously.Yes the money sounds great and everything, but if you're a straight man you need to seriously think about whether you'd actually be able to bring yourself to have sex with another man.Personally I think regardless of their sex, doing anything with another person is cheating on your partner. You need to talk to her about this, find out her views. Like strontiumdog suggested, you need to find out if you're up for the job also. If you do decide to go ahead with this I would suggest sleeping with a man before your first video, just to make sure you can go along with it.

 Why not invest your time in improving your education, so you can find a job? I know it's hard, but others have done it, you can too.
