I think you should just go and tell her.
You have one life, and you will probably regret it if you don't tell her.
If she's your very best friend and very understanding, it won't affect you both if you tell her how you feel and she doesn't feel the same way.
You never know, she may feel the same way, but the only way you're gonna find out is by talking to her.
Atleast then you'll know what kind of chance you have rather than not knowing.
Take care xx

in my opinion id say go 4 it..it neva hurt anyone..
goof luck

Look, i'm not sayin your feelings are not true, but you're so young there is so much in life you have yet to see, just take your time. If she doesn't feel the same you could ruin your friendship,so you must be careful. It seems as though you really wanna tell her, so do it but you have to be grown up about it. If she doesn't want to be with you, try and forget about it and move on quickly, you see if you do that you give yourself more chance of probably gettin her in the future as she saw that you were mature about how you dealt with the rejection, women like mature guys, if you get all moody then she will be glad she said no and it will finish your friendship as well. The thing is women like men to be their 'best friend' as well as their partner so it's important that that you keep the friendship, the better you are of being a real friend the more chance you will have of gettin her and she will respect you for it, but just take your time and wait for the right moment, 'when is the right moment i hear you ask' your heart will tell you. Good luck Kid
