You need to decided on the type of relationship you wish to have with your friend. I would say don't rush anything and just be her friend. If your feelings are stronger then that, you might want to talk to her. In the end be true to yourself and you'll never go wrong.

I'd just tell her, that way you know where you stand. You may be surprised, or not, but even if disappointed, it's better to know than to always wonder, and if you know, you'll be able to deal with your feelings a bit better than trying to and not knowing.
