As cliche as it sounds, try drinking lots of water and plenty of greens and vegetables. You also need to establish a facial routine. Whatever you do, remember vitamin E is a good mineral for healthy skin... Been there myself, acne is difficult to cope with at 16.

The Dermatologist prescribed me some major kickass antibiotics and within a couple of months every single spot on my body was gone and they never came back.

Try washing your face and where the acne is with soap and water to start. If you have excess oily skin, try buying a preparation for acne. Shower at least once a day and make sure your skin is kept clean. If this doesn't work, have your parents make an appointment with your doctor to get stronger medications! Also try not eating alot of junk foods that are high in fat.
Good luck!!!

HeyFirst of all go visit the dermetologist it might cost a bit of money but its worth it, they can give you advice and perscribe you medication that will help get rid of your acne.If you dont want to go visit a dermetologist try buying products from the chemist contaning benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day depending on how bad your acne is. The most important thing you must not do is pick, poke, rub your acne you can spread the bacteria and may end up having scars and paying for the laser treatment.
