When I am not erect I can pull my foreskin back a lot, but when I am erect I can't pull the foreskin, not even over the head and it hurts if I try to do it. Can anyone give me advice on what to do if anyone has/had it? I am also very concerned on my first time when I will have sex what will happen.

i agree with tamashck cut i do feel your fear of going to doctors. i had almost the same problem but i 'accidentally' tore it while washing (twice) and now (weeks later)i can retract it all the way back. it was a bit sore for a while and i had to make sure it was always clean to avoid infections. on the other hand (the safe hand) just go see a doctor, ok and pretend you are acting a reality show!!

look i had a bf who had the same problem, apart from his did tear and gave him extreme pain, he ended up having to have a operation.
if it hurts when you get hard then that is not normal. therefore you need to go to the doctor. why ignore advice that is here to help you? you need to get over your embarrassement, don;t worry most guys try and ignore problems about their genitals. but it won't go away, it will still hurt and when you eventually have sex it may be very sore and could even tear. then what!? you will sit around pretending it is ok when really you are in pain. go see your doctor! tell your dad, he has a penis too!

If you don't want to go to a doctor, you can just experiment with stretching your body, which could just make your situation that much worse. Do you want to do permanent damage to your body? Even if someone gives you a reply with a suggestion, it might be from some crackhead who has no idea what they're talking about. You may need surgery ("Frenuloplasty"), and YES, your frenulum CAN rip, so be careful. Here's a webpage with some info: http://www.circumstitions.com/Frenbrev.html - scroll towards the bottom.
You are recommended a doctor because your situation is a bit unusual, it is not %100 normal, and a doctor will be able to solve the problem. "Hey Mom? I need to go to the doctor. I don't want to talk about why - it has to do with my 'man-bits'. Just please, please take me to a doctor". Easy as that.
When I was 14, I had a lump in my breast and was soooo embarrassed to tell my parents. That's pretty much what I said and that was all I needed.

It hurts only when i am hard and try to pull the foreskin behind the head... but it looks like it needs to be streched... i wanted answers from people that have a frenulum so they could tell me what happened to them....

you should see a doctor because if you try and stretch it, it could cause it to split and therefore it would be very sore and could get infected. maybe tell your dad? you can't ignore it. your parents used to change your diapers, they know what is there! don't feel embarrassed, it;s a health issue and it's not a normal thing, especially as it hurts you. why would you want to be in pain?

Well you could say to your parents its a personal problem which you are embarresed to talk about with them. I think its important that you go and see a doctor. Aspecially if you would have discomfort when masterbating that would definitly not be normal in that case.

I experienced a similar problem when i was younger, so i took some "initiative" and stretched the skin as far as it would go, then left it til the next day and kept repeating the process. Eventually the skin becomes more flexible and will be able to fold back comfortably.
However I would not strongly advise this, as i cut the skin a few times leaving it very sore. Go see a doctor, you dont have to tell your parents. And as the above answer says, dont be embaressed because theyve seen it all before, and worse.
Good luck :-)

the only thing you can do is go and see your doctor. dont be embarrassed or worried, they have seen it all before. you may be given the option of circumsision or some sort of procedure to get rid of the layer of skin. i'm no medical professional, so my advice is to see a doctor. as people on here can only guess.

I think you should go and see a doctor and ask him about it. You should not feel embarresed about it because Doctors deal with these kind of issues on a daily basis. Good Luck!
