I don't know if it's PMT or what, but the past 5 months I have been having terrible low points every month (usually lasts a week), I'll range between venemously angry to bursting into tears for no reason, but what's really started to worry me is that sometimes during these low moods, I'll think for a second (for example) when I'm driving, "I wish someone would crash into me". I feel like I'm going mad, I'm scared to speak to a doctor in case they think I'm going mad too, I don't want to be put on anti depressants because I don't feel I'm depressed...I've never experienced this before :(

Hi,
Life can be hard sometimes. Even the happiest people in the world occasionally have "low points." This happens to me sometimes too, and I also have a loving boyfriend and family just like you mentioned. I think you should try channeling all on that negative energy into positive. Do or think of whatever makes you light up with joy. Listen to a favorite song, get out into the fresh air. Whatever you have to do. Remember you control everything in your own mind, and you do not need prescription drugs. Try your hardest to focus all of that energy into improving your emotional and mental security. Nothing can touch you if you have high self-value. Seek happiness however you can, you deserve it!

It MIGHT be pre-menstrual tension, but whatever it is, I think you should make an appointment to talk with your doctor asap.
The doctor will not judge you or think you're going crazy. He or she is there to help you........
