They will say it under their breath as I walk by, "That's a man..." or stare at me for long periods of time, concluding that I am a transvestite. I wear dresses and heels, very feminine clothing, all the time. I stand at 5'7 and in heels I'm about 5'11.I don't understand what it is about me that is manly, except maybe that I am German and have muscular legs. They are not huge, but they are definately not small. They have shape though. I just don't get it. I have size 36-c breasts and hips, long blonde hair, and a heart shaped face. Thick lips. Could it be that I have thicker eyebrows? My jawline? I just don't understand why this is happening and it is making me terrified to go out in public now. It has put a strain on my relationship as my boyfriend thinks I am imagining all of this.I used to get asked out constantly by men and get a lot of compliments. Now people treat me harshly. What do you think it could be???

I thinks Odds has a point about your walk. It might be that you simply carry yourself in a slightly aggressive manner, i.e. legs pumping, arms swinging. Your walk could be what makes people think you are male.
Wear 2 inch heels, and try to soften your overall demeanour. Also, why not wear jeans or trousers to draw attention to your hips and waist, and a V neck to slightly expose your assets.
I am not a fashion expert, but there are many ideas that such a person could give you.
Overall, I would say that maybe you should soften your eyes and smile a little more often.
But I have to say from your description, that you sound pretty good to me.

As much as I love heels, try not wearing them for a while. Losing the extra inches will help a bit.
Tie your hair back in a ponytail to expose your neck and jawline - unless you think they are both unusually masculine. I can't really say from here.
Exposing some cleavage works too - your breasts are already pretty big, but combine that with a v-neck and a pushup bra to really help.
Tweeze your eyebrows and, if you have hairy arms, shave them.
The last thing I could suggest is to try slowing down your walk and swaying a little bit. Some women have very masculine ways of walking, especially in a hurry, and guys tend to subconsciously notice it.
