She told me later she had a unprotected sex with some other men before, which concerned me very much, I also don't know her background well. Should I be concerned? Thanks for you advice.

Should you be concerned? Yes, although to what extent I'm not sure. You should be concerned when you have sex with any stranger. How many men has she been with...how many people have those men been with. You've now been with all those people too. That's just the truth, like it or not. You used a condom and it broke. That's good that you wore one but doesn't change the fact that it broke. If you're looking for a way to rationalize this in your head, don't bother. Do you have a disease or vius now? Probably not, but only time will tell.

If you are concerned, the best thing you can do is visit your doctor and get some tests done for any STI's. I am glad she was open with you about her past relationships, and i hope this will bring you closer together. If you get checked out, and find out you have caught anything, you can warn your gf and she can get treatment as well. All the bestxxx
