reader, anonymous, writes (21 September 2007): It is unlikely that you will be pregnant if you were on your period and have bled since however it is still possible.I was wandering if it was your first time as sometimes this can cause you to bleed in intercourse?Also, it has to be said - you shouldn't be having sex but thats your personal choice and you are very silly to not be using a condom. Lets hope your partner isn't carrying anything nasty ey?You need to do a test round about a week before your next period is due.

 I think if you're asking you shouldn't be having sex in the first place.
Generally you won't get pregnant while having that time of the month. But that's generally, just like birth control, nothing is 100% sure.
