Second, razors down there is not a good idea at all. One, you can cut very sensitive skin and cause a very bad irritation, and two, the razor burn will make you insane.
I suggest using a hair removing cream. I have tried many of them, and have always come back to Nair, which has always worked best for me. Don't rub, your skin may get irritated. But just apply a thick layer to the entire area. And also, I use a sheet of toilet paper as "protection", to make sure none of the cream goes anywhere I don't want it to.

try useing lotion afterwards - for sensitive skin if it dosent work grit your teeth and get a wax. waxing works great, and it lasts longer as well.

I'm with you; I hate the bumps. I tried getting it waxed once, with great result. You might try that. (I just have to warn you that it hurt, a lot, to get that done. But no razor burn and growing back was better.) Good luck.
