 Watching a film is not really being in ones company its more like being in the company of the movie. Start with an apology and maybe dinner or something to show that you care. You were probably tired from the day and the movie must not have interested you, its not like you fell asleep during sex. She could have left a worse not if she was really mad. Apologize and I'm sure that she will understand.
