 Its is blatantly obvious that your ex still has some strong feelings for you. I think you have got to ignor him, after a while his feelings for you will eventually die down. time is the healer of all things, he will get over you in his own good time.

I went through the same thing a few years ago but just put up with it. I realise how silly that was now. You have taken the first step by trying to talk to him. If that still fails to work, keep a record of every time he contacts you and what he says. This can be used to make a complaint if things get out of hand and you can warn him that if he carries on he will be reported to the police. This should make him back off. I hope this helps.
