My son, aged 16 has this problem and i try to get him to eat fruit, veg, salad stuff and water, but it is not easy. The hormones at that ages are rampant. Have a word with a good chemist and they will point you in the direction of some excellent product to use on your skin. Dont despair it will clear up and your skin will be beautiful, just part of growing up.Take carexx

If you wear make-up apply it with a sponge, never use your hands/fingers, just adds more oil to your face. Change the sponge often, like once a week. They're cheap, you can buy them at a drugstore. Wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning, and once at night to remove the make-up. But don't over-cleanse, and don't over use toner, it can cause your skin to over-produce oils. You might try using a department store zit-zapper gel when you do have an outbreak. There's one made by Clinique and it dries them up pretty quickly. Then you can use flesh-tone Clearasil to cover the zit and blend it into your make-up. Skin type is hereditary and usually all teens fight
zits at this age. Maintain a good regimine for your skin and the phase will eventually pass. Good luck.
