I have been out with her as mates a few times and we regulary go out as a four. However I don't know what I should do next, she is a good friend so I don't know how to approach it. My mate also has a cousin who is 22 and he comes out regulary, sometimes I get images of her starting to date him. I am sort of seeing another girl but she is nothing compared to my friend, please help

The sister seemed to then start flirting with him, just word not touching, called him love and darling etc... even later on we had a discussion and it ended up that the sister fell out wiv my friends wife, not badly just went in a mood, she ordered a taxi, when taxi arrived i went to door to say goodbye, gave her a kiss on cheek, she said she was okay and gave me a peck on the lips, this girl confuses me and I feel a bit stressed cos like her so much. Asked her on sat if she wanted to go out and she said she was too tired. On sunday i saw her for an hr to do a small job for her.

Why don't you ask your best friend to have a word with his wife and get her to ask her sister if she likes you? If you're really serious about her you need to finish the relationship you're in of course, it's not fair to be with your present girlfriend when you have feelings for someone else anyway. Get the wife to drop a few hints and ask a few questions about you and let her husband know and see what transpires.

I say go for it, Just ask her out. Ask her out on a date with just the two of you. the worst thing she could say is no. there is nothing wrong with dating your best friends wife's sister. In fact he might actually like the idea! As far as your friends cousin is concerned, she may not date him due to the age difference. alot of women like older men, some do like the younger ones though. I am dating an older man and happier than i have ever been. Just be confident with yourself and ask!
