While it can be frustrating, you shouldn't compare yourself to your older sister. You are still so young and have a lot of growing to do. As you get older you will develop and will be as beautiful or more beautiful than your sister. We all develop at different rates and are unique and beautiful in our own way. Don't let anything bring you down- always love and treat yourself with respect. All the best!

LLindy87 agony auntI agree with the rest of the posters.

Your weight is not a fat weight. even so, I know some fat people who are gorgeous, and you know why? They're confident in who they are.

I had a friend who was anorexic, it started with her comparing herself to other girls. It drove her to insecurity and she became sick(anorexic). Before that all happened, she was still a skinny girl, very small, but in her eyes she wasn't what she wanted to look like. Don't let weight take over your life, its not worth it.

When you look in the mirror state five things you like about yourself. It helps with confidence. BTW, believe the compliments you get. Caringguy is RIGHT, no one lies about compliments, because you don't have to give them out if you don't want to.

veronika agony aunt5'5" at 110lbs isn't fat. Going by a weight to height ratio chart, you're technically underweight - the ideal weight for someone of your height is between 115 and 135 (approximately). So I think you should get the notion that you somehow need to lose weight out of your head.

Also, if people are complimenting you, that is a good thing. You stop worrying about your looks by not comparing yourself to others and take compliments to mean good things.

Duckyhelp agony auntIf people are calling you skinny they mean it, so why lose more weight? You will be sooo beautiful but dont see it. Go on a shopping spree, get some new clothes, make up and get your hair done and make yourself pretty in your eyes so your happy. Maybe go out with your sister, get her to do your make up or something :)

Good Lord, girl! When people give you compliments, it usually means they're true :). You really are beautiful! The problem is that you're comparing yourself to your sister far too much. In your eyes, she's this beautiful creature that you want to be. But you'll find that she's probably hung up on her body as well. You are YOU. You don't need to be anyone else. No one wants you to be anyone else. They just want you to be you. Remember that you're still only 15, and your body is still changing and will continue to change. You do not need to be your sister. People love you as you are. If you are worried, rather than being jealous of your sister, why don't you ask her for tips? But to be honest, from what you're saying I don't think there's a problem. I think you're perfectly fine.
