I was in the exact same case as you, I didn't want to go to class, even though I knew it would be fine and I should go (even if I don't pay that much attention). I would keep up with class work but only show up for important things like turning in projects or taking midterms.
For me it was because I was developing a mild case of social anxiety and couldn't handle the paranoia and irrational thoughts. What you need to do is figure out exactly why you aren't showing up. What kinds of emotions do you feel when you think about attending class? Do you honestly feel no motivation (what about seeing your friends?) or is something keeping you back? Is class work just not challenging enough? Perhaps you need to taste success to be motivated to work hard. It's different for everyone, so I can't figure it out for you.
Someone is going to find out about your absences eventually, so it's best you fix this asap and start attending so you don't miss out on crucial lessons and consequently receive lower grades. If your school has a counselor you should try talking to them.

Well first up, your parents will be the ones who get into trouble if you don't turn up. To be honest it sounds like you might be depressed. In general, how is school? Are you being bullied, or have you been bullied? Or is the work getting you down?
