 Well I'm over 50 and I still get them as you describe - without "hugging mates". I had to stay sat down for an extra few minutes this morning at work. I wasn't thinking about sex - it just happens as you say. It's just part of being a man. If you want some advice on how to stop/reduce it - take on a really stressful career. When I was in my 30's in management working all hours, trying to beat budgets, exceed targets, deliver service levels, reduce period of credit - I think they were far less frequent - or I was too busy to notice them. The other advice I could give is to carry an encyclopedia - always useful as a cover up - and makes you look intelligent!!!!!!!

but there isnt alot you can do unfortunately, your hormones are on a high and its gonna happen ,you just need to try and control it , thinking about it will make it worse !

I know one bloke who has so much trouble, yet his wife is so understanding. You are young and this is one of the things that happens to young blokes. It is something that will certainly settle with age.
