I broke my best friend's trust! How do I get it back?

A male India age 30-35, anonymous writes:

i am dating a girl and her sister is my bestfriend . her sister told me about a boy who she is dating and told me not to tell it to my girlfriend .but i had to tell it cause my girlfriend forced me and now i broke my bestfriends trust i cant even face her i am feeling very bad and even told her sorry but i dont think she is ever gonna trust me again ....what should i do ?????plzz help me

rouge agony auntTell her you are sorry but more importantly show her. Fine something that you can trust her wiht and tell her not to tell anyone. Show her that you still trust her and in time she may begin to trust you again. cheers ;)

The only thing you can do is try and recuperate her trust. Convince her that you are truly sorry and that you're extremelly upset about what has happened. Sometimes it's hard to forgive but try and insist until she at least talks to you.
