I was completely flat in 7th grade and felt I didn't fit in. I wanted boobs and was jealous of others that had them. I thought I was completely unattractive.
By the end of 8th grade I had a C cup and was bigger than anyone else I knew... even my older sisters who always managed to tease me about it.
Now I'm a 32 DDD (or E depending on what Country you live in). I don't fit in many tops and dresses my flat sisters fit in. If any cleavage shows I look like everything is popping out so I have to be very careful what I wear (especially being a teacher). And I have ONE store who carries my bra size. I bought two bras earlier today and it cost me over $200 not to mention that it is basically a day trip to go to the store.
Be careful what you wish for.

I would not worry too much lovely, you are still young and developing. People develop differently, some quicker or slower than others.
I am 19 and my bra cup is 32A which is really not big what so ever. Having small breasts has not been a big issue for me and should not be for you. Good guys that have any respect will like you for being you not what your body looks like. I have a boyfriend who is happy with me in every way.. even with small breasts lol.
If you still feel insecure about your cup size you could always get a bra that has padding inside which will make your breasts look bigger than the are.
Hope this has helped

You are still young so you will continue to develop.
Either way, even if you do end up with small breasts, it doesn't really matter. Bigger breasts don't necessarily mean better. If a guy is attracted to you because of your breast size, then he isn't worth being with, since, and I know this sounds rather cliche, it is you as a whole he should be interested in, not what's across your torso.
I'm a 30B and I'm 23, and I'm not in the least bit bothered. Gives them less to look at, and means I can run down the stairs and down the street without going 'OW' every two seconds.
So don't worry if your breasts are smaller than everyone else's.
But if you do want to look like you have a bigger chest, there are plenty of bras you can buy to enhance the size. Padded ones, push ups, and others to enhance the size of your breasts and give you a better cleavage, if that's what you're looking for, but you really shouldn't worry. You're still young.

your still growing hun, no need to worry!! your body will keep growing til your 18, and that includes your breasts, so im sure they will get bigger! i used to be an A, now im 22 and a DD!! if you are really conscious, then a padded bra is always a good solution. i would be too bothered by it though, your still young! if its an insecurity about wat guys will think by the way, alot of them prefer smaller chest.

You're still young, your boobs will grow - the best way to figure out what size you're going to be is to look at the women on your dad's side of the family.
It's strange but that's where you get your chest from.
There's nothing wrong with being a late bloomer, if you have trouble accepting your smaller chest size, try buying a push-up or padded bra to make your chest look a little bigger.
But to be honest, smaller boobs are better - when you're more busty, you can't wear certain shirts without popping out every 5 seconds.
Hope this helps!

You are still young and your body is still growing dont worry too much about it chick and anyhow it does not matter how big your bust is. I use to worry bout the size of mine as i only have a small bust but my partner loves me how I am. Try not let it worry you too much about what other girls look like where all different the world would be boring otherwise Xx

First, get used to the idea of liking who you are. Your body is always going to be with you, and none of us have a "perfect" body. Get used to the idea that you need to love yourself and accept your physical being as well as who you are inside. That's a lesson that you'll have to carry with you all through your life.
The good news about your chest is, if it's that noticeably smaller than those of your peers, you've probably not finished growing yet. All that's going to take is more time. And in the meantime, you're probably better off attracting guys who are more interested in your personality and your brains than in your boobs anyway.

Seriously, enjoy having small breasts, they just get in the way. Besides the fact you still have at lest five years left to grow. If you're uncomfortable with your chest still, you can buy bras with special little gel inserts which sit in a little pocket inside the bra, which makes for a more realistic looking bust. I do a lot of swimming which I think helped build up my chest.
:D good luck

You are what you are and there ain't a lot you can do about what you end up with short of plastic surgery - which usually costs a fortune and as a rule the end result looks rather odd.
Be happy in your own body and be proud of it.

Hi Hun,
It's all in what you wear and how you present yourself. I wouldn't wear those skimpy knit tops with the thin straps, that would just be asking for more attention in the area that you are concerned about. Get a great fitting bra with slight underpadding that pushes your breasts together to create a bit more cleavage. Then wear cotton shirts that aren't quite so form-fitting (like those peasant blouses and tunics) and disguise your silhouette a bit. With a little bit of cleavage in the front showing and a not too tight shirt, no one will be able to tell how big you breasts are because you will give the illusion of their being a bit bigger. And don't worry, they will grow more, you are still young. To be quite frank, you run the risk of picking up boys for the wrong reasons when you wear skimpy clothing anyways, so even if the other girls are wearing tops like that, don't feel that you should too. And a little bit of underpadding doesn't hurt. If you get cold, it's a bit more modest. ;-)

You really can't do anything about it. You can try those so called "miracle" methods that increases breast sizes, but they will not work. I was a late bloomer and I didn't start developing at almost 16 and now my breast size is a 34C cup when before it was an 34A. Really, don't worry about your breast size, they won't tell how smart you are or how pretty you are. Look at Keira Knightley! she's gorgeous but barely has any breasts.
Enjoy your childhood

Honnestly, just be yourself and don't be concerned with other people and how they look, focus on yourself, don't be concerned with your image, it's who you are, a part of what makes you, you. So, just enjoy being who you are now, everyone is different to anyone else, and it's something to be proud of.
Hope this helps :D

Don't worry about it, you are just not finished growing yet.
You can buy a padded bra, use the age old solution of shoving tissues down your top, and you can also put a tiny bit of blusher down the middle of your breasts which suggests more depth. Doing exercises to work on your Pectoral muscles (google it) will also help you build more chest muscle which can make them bigger.
I honestly wouldn't bother though. Enjoy being small chested while you can. I hate my big boobs!
