 Many people will disagree with me, I know, but I don't think that your zodiac sign is going to determine your personality, or whether or not you are compatible with someone else.
I'm a Taurus, though, and I seem to fit the stereotype in some ways... I'm very stubborn, for example. I'm determined, and when I want something, I usually get it. However, Tauruses are also supposed to be pragmatic, practical, and sensible, and I am none of those things.
The only way to know for sure if you will be compatible is to try having a relationship. If you love her, then don't let your fears hole you back; let her know that you are interested... and then you'll have your answer. :)

But remember zodiac's are guidelines, who knows if you two will get on, go on give it a try. You could be a very typical Virgo and she could be a typical Aries, or you could be untypical, who knows with these things.

 On their first meeting Aries see Virgo as cool and intellectual, someone with a passionate side waiting to be discovered by them. Virgos see Aries as impetuous and headstrong, someone who could add some excitement to their ordered lives. Aries has a passionate nature and will be attracted to Virgo's apparent hidden depths whilst Virgo will be attracted to Aries' confidence and energy.
Aries is apt to rush headlong into a physical relationship not thinking about whether it's sensible or not. Virgos are just about as sensible as you can get but that doesn't mean you two won't get together. Sexually the Aries will be amazed by the perfect timing and technical ability of Virgo but disappointed by their lack of passion. Virgo may find the boisterous antics of Aries too much to handle and not as much fun as they first seemed. This will only be the start of your problems as Aries will want to be the boss and won't appreciate Virgo laying down the law.
Aries wants to be first and Virgos need order in their lives. If this combination doesn't work it may be that the Aries need to be spontaneous conflicts with the Virgo's need to be organised. This relationship will always be difficult but if Aries can learn to take relationships more seriously and Virgo can learn to lighten up and be more relaxed about life it just might work.
