Sexual arousal and release is something like 70-80 percent mental, according to my readings and experience, which may help explain.

If you can have dreams that make you horny, you can have a wet dream. Lets clear up a man's wet dream, during the puberty time. It's not necessarily based on an actual dream. It's more an overproduction of sperm, where it overflows and where it comes out is the overflow valve.
It is perfectly natural to dream, get excited and cum while you're dreaming. Your body reacts to the mental stimulus, and doesn't separate if it is mentally or physically produced. It just recognized how you've become aroused and reacts accordingly.

It is normal. You are not a robot. You are a woman with feelings and desires, some of them primal. The fact that you can't remember the dream means it was probably nothing but your subconscious releasing energy. Next time, if you're in bed with someone you're in a relationship with, take the opportunity to use that energy for spontaneous intimacy.

Well if a dream about being chased by monsters can wake you up in a cold sweat and a shaking panic, I really don't see why a sexy dream can't wake you up feeling the way you did.
There's no such thing as normal, and since that is not a bad feeling to wake up with, why complain??
Good Luck!! xx
