reader, anonymous, writes (16 May 2011): Agreed with everyone! Once, someone fingered my anus, I asked them not to, then they went to my vagina with the same finger. I wasn't paying much attention much, so I didn't notice. Next day, horrible infection. The infection lasted at least a week and a half. I couldn't wear pants, so only left the house once to visit the gynecologist. And only thing that took care of it was prescription medication, which took 3 days to heal the infection.
Lesson learned: no anal to vaginal! Ever. Painful, swollen vagina for a week is NOT worth it.

Vaginal - anal is fine
But if you want to go from anal to vaginal, put on a new condom and have a quick wash.
One of my friends "double-dipped" once and she ended up getting a nasty thrush-like infection for about a month.

Anal is the last stop in the activity. The only place to go afterward is to wash, and to wash thoroughly.

agree with all the responses above, maybe your partner can do vaginal but use his fingers for anal.

Vaginal to anal would probably be OK, but never go anal to vaginal or oral. That's just asking for an infection.

No that can create problems for both you are your partner. It is important to use a condom and change it when you change sexual positions. There is different bacteria in the vagina and different bacteria as well as faecal matter in the anus. At no time should faecal bacteria enter a vagina or thru the opening in your penis.Be cary careful in this type of sex. Practice safe sex!

A

Some people go by the saying 'don't put it in the vagina if you wouldn't put it in your mouth'.

NOOO! Don't do that!
You wouldn't want a new fantasy called "major vaginal infection accompanied by unbearable pain" because the bacteria in fecal matter got inside your sensitive vagina. The complications from that are really nasty.
Never ever allow fingers, mouth, foreign objects or genitals that have penetrated the anus to then penetrate the vagina. Hygienic would be the least of your worries.
