writes:hi, me and my boyfriend split about 2 weeks ago now, we split because his ex kept getting involved and trying to split us and due to him having a baby with a different girl, she stop him seeing his daughter due to what his ex was saying. although we arent together we are still in contact he has said to me at there is still a chance and that he still loves me and cares. although he said all this i have found out he is back in contact with his ex (the one that split us and got invovled with his babies mother) she has been texting me saying they are going back but when i ask him hes saying hes been talking to her but arent back. he has told me he is going to see her on the weekend and see what she has to say, although he wouldnt see me he is going to see her. i understand we arent togther no more but i still love him and it is killing me, i dont know if i should try and find out the truth and find out if he is getting back with her or if i should just forget about him and accept all he said was a lie or get my own back help ??

 HI, I am sorry to hear that you are going through this... relationships can be the best or the worst or even both!. I always think of this saying "if you love something let it go,if it comes back its yours". I think that oyu have to remember that this baby is going to be there forever and that it will be something that will always keep them together... I think that you should try to move on and if times allows for you guys to get back in the near future, it will be better!.It's hard to do... i am currently struggling with a somewhat similar situation... but honestly my best advice is to mentally tell yourself and pound hte idea that it is over... that's what I am trying to do... We can't see into each other's hearts but we can control how we feel... I hope it makes sense!
