If there was more to this before, and he cheated, then leave. This man has given you an STD without an regard for you whatsoever. Move on before he does something else to hurt you.

 It's bad enough that this creep cheated on you and I imagine that it's not the first but he didn't even bother to use a condom and now you have an STD! What does that say about him!? Pack your things now and leave. Get an HIV test at once. There is no salvaging this.
