If you feel it building up, slow down or hold for a second. Don't wait until you are at the precipice before slowing down, though, then it's too late.Also you can think of turn-offs. Haha, for me thinking about the Ken doll with its smooth crotch helps. A woman's perfect man... without a penis. Haha.

 Just don't keep moving in a way that gives you the most pleasure, like when you masturbate and some motions and movements work better then others same situation. And when you feel like your going just try to hold back and slow down until the feeling resides a bit, but in any case your only going to last a few minutes because its your first time, it will be so new to you that you wont last long.
