 Make sure your aroused enough before actually trying to have sex, letting a guy finger you or eat you out until your just about to peak and then stopping would be ideal and then on top of that use a store bought lube or you can even buy lubed condoms and cut out the middle man and if penetration is still painful perhaps you should talk to your doctor about possible solutions.
