 Sounds like you're over thinking things? You should just chill out and relax, and wait for it to happen when the time feels right. You could make it feel awkward and a bit tense if you decide on a particular time.. !
When you have a spare few minutes at a break or lunch, go for a walk with her and just spend some time chatting and hanging out, the time will come when kissing feels right to happen naturally.
