Like others have said you only need one. However that doesn't mean you can have sex and if you don't cum or if you pull out that she can not get pregnant. (she can still get pregnant from both) There is something called pre-cum. This too can get a woman pregnant. Alot of men dont even know when this is happening. Your safest bet is to use a condom and/or have her get on birth control (and wait a few wks so it can kick in), and do some research or talk to a doctor.

You need to do some research about sex and reproduction like Tisha said. If you're asking these questions you aren't ready for sex. There is nothing wrong with that. Nothing at all. Talk to a teacher. Do some searching on the web. If you aren't ready to be a parent, then you might want to rethink sex. The only method that's 100% effective against STD's and pregnancy is abstinance. Sure, other methods work, but nothing is perfect other than not doing it at all.

One sperm is enough. If you are talking about the amount of semen, which is the fluid in which sperm is found, just a small amount will do. A 'normal' ejaculate volume is 2-6 milliliters, and contains an enormously high number of sperm, 40 million spermatozoa per ejaculate or more. That is 40,000,000. And all it takes is one good swimming sperm.
Didn't you just ask the question about when you could have sex without a condom? You need some sex education. Here is a link for you.

Whatever you do, don't have sex without a condom and be sure you know how to put it on and take it off. Use water-based lubricants as other kinds can weaken or damage the condom. You are not prepared to have sex without a condom, your girlfriend is a high risk for a pregnancy right now because you don't know the basic facts of reproduction.
Be VERY VERY careful.

It only takes 1 sperm to fertilise an egg. It is estimated that every time you ejaculate there are over 100 million sperm released, but it only takes one of these to survive the journey into the womb & fallopian tubes to fertilise the egg and get the girl pregnant.
And remember, there are also sperm in your pre-cum (the liquid released from your penis before you ejaculate) which can also get the girl pregnant. So the "pull out" method DOES NOT work - because you have still left pre-cum inside her before you have ejaculated therefore there is still a chance she can get pregnant.
So if you want to avoid pregnancy, always use a condom and the girl should be on birth control. She can get this for free (in most countries) from her doctor.
I hope this helps and good luck!

No there is no minimum amount.
I would be interested, however, in how you think you can control the amount if you were given a figure.
Why don't you just use contraception?
