I think all the suggestions youve gotten are good. The only other one I could add is to give your man some pointers. Us guys do need to know whats working for you girls sometimes and its good to get that physical and verbal communication going. I personally dont feel gratified unless she has cum at least once, preferably more. Its not rocket science just a matter of being sensitive and experimental.

Hi
It can last a few seconds and a bit longer if you can have multiples! To have those you need to go past the orgasm and keep going! You know, past that sensitive barrier and 'sometimes' you have another one a few seconds later. They're alright, but not really as intense as the first installment! Never managed more than 2 though! Thats annoying hehe
Give it a try though.

Well, a female orgasms for a few seconds to my best knowledge. I didn't have any premarital sex experience but I knew that for a woman it would last no longer than 10 seconds. This is in fact what my wife, my sexual partner of 5 years, reassured me of. The most important phase of an intercourse for a woman is pre- and post-orgasm stages when you can enjoy sex and the remembering the sexual experience. Don't worry: relax and enjoy!

It varies per person per each time you have sex.
I find my orgasms last a lot longer at the moment, probably due to the fact I'm pregnant. It also takes me a lot longer to "recover" from them.
Try building your orgasm up by masterbating and when you get close stop what you are doing, then continue. Do that a couple of times then let yourself orgasm. You can also get your boyfriend to do this. You'll end up very wound up and the orgasm should be a bit more intense as you may feel you want it even more. Not sure that makes much sense.
Also try continuing stimulation to gspot/clit as you orgasm as this can make it last that little bit longer aswell.
