I'm looking to buy myself a little puppy, volunteer with children and I'm seeing someone, which I actually hope it does turn into a relationship. I'm so surprised that I don't hate that stuff anymore and actually instead it makes me happy, how is that possible? Nobody has influenced me whilst i've been there i don't think, so i can't make sense of it. Any advice? It's not just this, I have changed my views on so much other stuff as well, it's as if my mind set has been swapped with some romantic loving, laid back fun girl....HOW?

It's called life, and you're living it. Things change, feelings change, attitudes change.
It's perfectly normal to feel the way you do, and mature the way you've done.

People change a lot when they get out of high school and sometimes even after that. That is why sometimes kids are encouraged not to do certain things when they could later regret it. As you age, every year brings different ways of seeing things and new experiences. This helps you mature/continue to change and improve your life.
