writes: heyx i was just wondering how u can get to size zero, and dont tell me that its bad for you, i already know. And looking so skinny isnt even attractive. I just want to know for my bestmate, she is really skinny now and she tells me that she is a size zero now. I want to know what she mite be putting herself through to get so skinny...so i can try to help her. You know, like how much do you exersise for? How much do you eat, that sort of thing. hey im like size 8-10 and i do get concious about my weight if u wanna get to a size zero just narrow down your eating. most of the models now a days just starve themselves. i personnaly think its digusting and i would totally advice against it. people look like as if their arms are about to fall off and they make me feel ill. i wouldnt want to shake hands with them incase i broke their fingers. seriously think twice before you do something like that ever. ive learnt that if peoplecant exept the way you are then they are not worth it. if people say its healthy its not thats why you die from it derr! if you think that is healthy then you need a mental check!

Size zero is as disgusting as size 50: Both are rarely attainable and usually unhealthy!

It may be far too distant and unrealistic a goal for many, and completely unnecessary as well, but it is amazing how much a young body responds to some simple and easy exercise. Begin by just WALKING for a half hour or so everyday, and gradually speed it up as is comfortable. Even every other day is good enough to start.
It will soon begin to feel really good after those walks too. Work up to a really fast pace after a couple or a few weeks. I call it "Power Walking" and it is much less than a run, but pretty fast. Extra pounds will likely begin to dissipate fairly quickly. Eating quality food will become necessary and will no longer add weight or size because of a higher metabolism rate created. Eliminate most junk food and especially soda pop.
A few years ago, I was up to about 180 pounds with a big belly and should have been around 135 ideally. Within about three to four months, I lost 40 pounds and had a flat belly, and have never gained very much of the weight or size back, despite less of the walking in recent years. Remember, no more soda pop, even the diet stuff. Only water most of the time with everything.

Some peoples bodies are just like that. I eat crazy and don't excercise and I'm a 0. It all depends on the way the pant or the clothing is made. Everythings fine but if you see certain symptoms like she goes to the bathroom after every meal or eating anything than you know. Don't think of doing this yourself. It's unhealthy, all you can do is eat right. WIth a right healthy diet at your age you are setting up how you're life will be in the future.

Well, I haven't been a size zero since I was about 12, so I can't help tell you how to go about doing that. I do know that becoming a 'woman' or in other words, going through adolescence, growing up if you will, meant that my body was doing things without my consent!
It was shocking to find out that I would be menstruating, and growing curves and hair and all this without me asking for this change.
(I'm still quite angry about menstruation, I mean, who wants to have a period for about a week every month for most of her adult life? My mother told me, and this helped me, that it was a way of cleaning out my insides....)
Anyway, I guess, I'm not answering your question, how to get to size zero.
Well, eating protein, with little fat, lots of vegetables and fruit with lots of water. Grains, beans, fiber is good. Then, exercise, making sure not to stress the knees or hips or shoulders which would cause injury which would mean that you couldn't exercise.

Its probably a genetic thing with her to be honest. Prehaps has a thin mum or dad. Because if someone starves themselves, they usually end up ill before they end up slim and happy.
Its a well known fact, that usually if someone starves themselves on a regular basis, when they eat even a crumb of food, the body keeps hold of calories and stores them in the tummy (remember those poor ethipoian kids with their fat bellies?)
Size zero tends to be a family thing in my opinion. And as long as they eat a healthy diet, they will be fine. They are just destined to be slim.
If they live on crisps and nothing else to get that way, they risk organ failure.
Ie...the 2 catwalk models that died a couple of years ago that lived on apples and water.

I can fit in a size 0 and i ate like crazy and barely do any excercise (but i think its because the sizings are wrong in some shops) it really depends on your height and your body type, but the models who get that size dont do it by eating and excercise they do it by not eating and purging they live of fags and water thats it and alot of them get multiple organ failure and even die besides curvy girs are a hell of alot sexier
