 in your situation i think that you should ask why do they feel so ? why does he or she thinks that you don't love him or her!!?
anthor point is that it's not what you say but what you do, so be always by their side when their down or be the first to remember the things that matter the most to them and etc...

Here is my view: It's not so much what you say, but what you do that makes someone realize that you love them. Do things that make it known you care about that person - let them listen to whatever music they want to in the car, let them pick the movie you watch, make them their favorite food, give them hugs and snuggles, make sure you don't do things that aggrevate them... Lots of little things add up over time. (Of course, doing little things all the time shouldn't feel like a "chore" when you do them, either. If you don't want to do the little things to make the other person happy, then I think there's something lacking in the relationship and you need to take a closer look at how you really feel.)

 keep on telling them how much you love them. show them by intimate kiss or hug try and express your feeling it does not have to be sexual. ask him why he doesn't believe you.
just communicate thats the best advice i can give you.

Its not only telling some1 that u love them, you can show it to, some times words can be spoken but no1 believes them, prove to them that they mean the world to you.
