 if a guy has a tight foreskin it can be painful. I like mine pulled way back and then slid all the way foreward in long strokes. Some lube will help the foreskin move easily. and once the guy streches the sphincter at the end of his foreskin and the frnulum underneath it won't hurt as bad.

Personally I would say combine all the techniques above; a bit of everything.
But to climax I prefer foreskin pushed right back and - which plenty of lube - direct stilmulation of the head. That's the most intense.
That said it might be too much for a head that is always sheathed and climax is best when quite fast so if this is the case role the foreskin over the head on each stroke. Mine is just a little short to do that comfortably when fully erect.

easy, just make sure there is plenty of moisture, for an uncircumsized guy if the head isnt moist it can be painful if you pull the foreskin back and massage the tip.
Use lube or spit is fine, but yeah pull that foreskin back , that's why uncircumsized guys have so much more fun, the head is so much more sensitive !

 Yep, same as usual. Possibly more emphasis around the tip, as it becomes slightly less sensative when 'sheathed'... and it might be my personal preference, but touching the head 'unsheathed' is very overstimulating, and thus ill-advised.
