 Try cover up and you can also try heating it up rubing it a bit and cooling it. That should break up the bruising and keep it away.
Or you can always tell people its a curling iron burn.

 Your hickey will go down in a couple of days. I am not sure burst blood vessels are sexy to be honest (which is what the bruising represents). The mouth of your boyfriend is full of bacteria. If he penetrates the skin then he risks giving you an infection and sexually transmitted diseases if he has been sexually active in the past. It can leave permanent skin scars if it turns nasty and gets infected. You can hide it for a while using high-neck jumpers but foundation cream may just highlight it unless you get the right shade. To be honest, people equate hickies with having sex - if you don't mind sending out that message, fine. If you do, tell your man to keep his teeth to himself.

Take the an eraser on the back of a pencil and massage it in circles on your hicky.. it takes a while but it gets the blood circulating again. sometimes it doesnt always work but its worth a try

 There's no quick way to remove your love bite, it's essentially a bruise that will fade in 3-5 days. Concealer doesn't work on covering them up, it will make them look slightly faded but you can still see it.
I suggest wearing turtlenecks, high collared shirts, and scarves around your neck for the time being. Don't let your lover bite you again, it doesn't look very flattering to walk around looking like a leopard. Although animal prints are very hot this fall.
