They shake/tremble, their vagina sort of spasms for a while, and they become breathless and don't catch their breath again for a while. Getting wet just means they're ready for sex, it doesn't mean they've actually orgasmed.

Hello =] well I've heard you can usually feel the vaginal muscles tighten and loosen, move around etc. If you're giving her oral, there may be a different taste or suddenly more wetness down there.

Dude, we really never know for certain. Wetness is a good clue that you have succeeded in getting the woman very excited, but that is no guarantee that she released. In addition to the wetness, and along with your passionate and patient attention to creating the best possible experience for your girl, just look and listen to such hints as: moaning, gasping, deep breathing, squirming, pelvic thrusts and groans. Above all, be very patient - just keep plunging, licking or massaging, whatever you choose to do - and always enjoy the art of making your woman happy. A great girl responds in kind.
Ultimately, if there is any question at all that my woman's orgasm was not obvious, I ask. An honest and familiar lover will tell you. Go the extra mile if needed, and all will be happiness.

Getting wet does not mean a woman has come, maybe she is just ready to have sex.
I hope I have helped
