Kenny is right on. It's all in your mind. YOU are the only one who can make it happen, YOU are the one who has to stick to your plan. I suggest, if you're trying to get into a more healthy lifestyle, find someone who wants to do it as well (and I'm sure you can find someone. Everyone resolves to get healthier for the New Year!).
Resolutions and goals for ourselves are so much easier to get into when you have someone to do it with. Companionship, seriously, it'll help you get on track.
Stay strong and keep your mind on track. Diligence will get you where you want to be.
Good luck, sweetness!

DETERMINATION.
As Kenny said programme the mind, it's all about control. I would take Kenny's advice seriously. It's all that needs to be said.
Take care. I am sure it will work with a little determination!

I think you really have to be motivated to keep the resolution. It was our resolution to get in financial 'shape' for the past three years, but finally, last year, we found the motivation we needed and we have stuck to it.

I think that its all about programing the mind and setting and achieving targets. I belong to a gym and i go all year round, and i always find that january and February are the most busiest times where people are doing their new years resolutions. But come March April it tails off again, most probably where they have given up. Write down on paper the targets that you want to reach and record your progress in a diary. Record all your excersises, and have a diet chart as well, and record things you eat. During the day have carborhydrate things as this is your fuel, then after excersise consume something thats high in protein. I find that protein shakes are good before and after excersise, the protein really turns fat to lean muscle. Just tell your self that you can do it, and don't give up, once you start seeing results you will be impeled to go on, and you won't be able to stop.
Stick with it, and don't give up.
If you need any training tips please don't hesitate to mail me.
Good luck and happy new year x
