Kiss her! And if you have to ask something, ask to kiss her, or more romantically, ask her out on a date, do really romantic things, get her to a romantic spot, look into her eyes and say "I really want to kiss you right now".

 If u txt or MSG her you can do what my bf did before we wen out. After walking to the bus after scool we'd been talking. When I got on the bus he said "I rly wanted to kiss you" of course u had wanted to kiss him to. This can be a double edged sword if she dosnt feel the same. But it can be a really cute way to get the point across without sounding weird.

 If her birthday's coming up you could give her a nice card and after she's read it you should just kiss her. If she kisses back then keep kissing her. If she doesn't have a birthday coming up, give her a card anyway that and write something nice in it like 'your hair looks great today!' I wish you all the best Romeo
